About Natasha

Natasha Abraham advises and represents trade unions, associations, and individual workers across a broad range of labour and construction labour matters, including union organizing drives, grievance and interest arbitration, human rights, occupational health and safety, pay equity, and collective bargaining. She regularly appears before arbitrators, courts, and federal and provincial labour boards and tribunals, as well as colleges that regulate healthcare professionals. Natasha joined Cavalluzzo in 2024 after working at other Toronto labour and employment firms, where she represented both private and public sector unions and individual employees across many industries. She graduated magna cum laude from the dual JD program run jointly by the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, finishing in the top 10 percent of her class, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
