About Patrick
Patrick Shing is a partner at Mills & Mills LLP. He completed his articles at the firm and joined as an associate in 2007 before becoming a partner in 2017. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate transactions, including home purchases and sales, mortgage refinancing and estate transfers, and he negotiates and drafts agreements of purchase and sale. On the commercial side, he advises businesses on acquisitions, sales and leasing of commercial properties from negotiation through closing. His broader experience also includes commercial litigation, business law, family law and estate planning. He earned his B.Sc., M.S.W. and J.D. from the University of Toronto, completing his J.D. in 2006, and was called to the bar in 2007.
