About Patrick

Patrick Naccache has practised business law since 2006, representing a diversified clientele that ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium businesses, financial institutions, mining companies and other professionals. Naccache has led numerous local and international business acquisitions and supports clients expanding into Canada. Naccache regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements, advises on the non-litigious resolution of commercial and shareholder disputes, and frequently acts on transactions involving mining properties in Quebec. Before joining Delegatus, Naccache worked at Langlois Lawyers and, before that, at Gowlings. Naccache practises law in both French and English and has advised clients on public offerings and other public market transactions. Naccache holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal, obtained in 2005, and a B.Sc. with honours in molecular and cellular biology from McGill University.
