About Anastasios

Anastasios Kouros has more than 20 years of experience in commercial transactions at the national and international levels. Kouros drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, including supply and IT agreements, conducts legal and business risk analysis, and develops compliance policies such as those under Canada's anti-spam legislation. At Delegatus, Kouros has provided legal counsel to clients including L'Oréal Canada, Pratt & Whitney and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. Kouros previously worked as legal counsel at Avon Canada and as senior legal advisor at Avon Products Inc. in New York, managing commercial transactions involving manufacturing, logistics, construction, real estate, labour and data protection, and is admitted to the New York bar in addition to Quebec. Kouros began a career in private practice at Gayrard Goudreau. Kouros holds a Baccalaureate of Law with honours and an LL.L. in civil law from the University of Ottawa, as well as a B.Sc. in microbiology and immunology from Université de Montréal.
