About Janie

Janie Tremblay has practised mainly in family law for more than 20 years, focusing on divorce, separation, child custody, and support payments, as well as representing children before both the Superior Court and the Youth Division. Tremblay regularly pleads before the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec. She listens closely to her clients and favors amicable solutions where possible, while not hesitating to pursue all necessary efforts to protect her clients' rights and interests. Tremblay has been active in her community for many years, including as president of the Chambre de commerce du Grand Joliette in 2009-2010 and as a city councillor for the City of Saint-Charles-Borromée since 2013.
