About Ann-Sophie

Ann-Sophie Verrier has practised since 2010 in complex and politicized environments, ranging from public and parapublic organizations to non-profits, with a focus on governance, ethics and compliance, corporate secretariat, regulatory and administrative affairs, and privacy. Verrier has worked at the Commission de la construction du Québec and the Conseil interprofessionnel du Québec, and served as secretary general for the Centre de services scolaire de Montréal, contributing to the transformation of school governance in Montreal. Verrier also offers workplace psychological harassment investigation services and acts as a mediator for organizational disputes. Verrier began a career practising at Chabot, médiateurs-avocats, and at Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine before moving into the public sector. Verrier holds an LL.B. from Université de Sherbrooke and is an accredited mediator through IMAQ and Université de Sherbrooke.
