About William

William P. Tetley is a member of the Quebec Bar who practises in both English and French. He focuses on contract and property litigation and immigration law, and has represented individuals and corporations for more than 25 years before the Quebec Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. In his litigation practice, he has helped clients resolve disputes over the undivided co-ownership of immovables and the settling of estates. His immigration practice centers on work permits, spousal sponsorships, and criminal and medical inadmissibility matters.
