About Patricia

Patricia Harper has a broad administrative law and civil litigation practice serving both private and public sector clients. She has a particular interest in professional regulation, where she frequently acts as prosecution counsel, independent legal counsel, and defence counsel, and has appeared before numerous administrative bodies and on judicial review applications. She acts for both plaintiffs and defendants in employment and procurement litigation and has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario. Patricia was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Education from OISE at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Before law school she spent five years teaching senior humanities and social science courses at a private high school in Toronto.
