Insurance LawKim Stoll focuses her practice on transportation law, with particular emphasis on marine and trucking matters. Her work spans freight forwarding, cargo losses, products liability, and insurance coverage disputes, along with related personal injury litigation and mediation. She has tried cases in both the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Court of Canada and provides detailed coverage advice on bespoke transportation policies. Kim earned her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1988. She holds ADR certificates from the University of Windsor and Pepperdine University and is a member of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society. She served as president of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association in 2012 and now leads the Women's International Shipping & Trading Association Canada as its president for 2024-2025.
