About Braeden

Braeden J. Rahn is an estates and trusts lawyer supporting clients with estate and incapacity planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. He brings over 16 years of experience in the field, including more than a decade as a designated paralegal before being called to the bar, and his work often involves blended families, incapacity concerns and trust administration challenges. He is a full member (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and currently chairs STEP Canada's Okanagan Chapter. He practises out of both the Kelowna office and Clark Wilson LLP in Vancouver, and is a co-author of the CLE Probate and Estate Administration Practice Manual and the LexisNexis book British Columbia Estate Litigation.
