About Paolo

Paolo Giancaterino is a partner at LMS Lawyers LLP. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2006, articled at the firm, and joined as an associate lawyer in 2007. His practice covers criminal defence litigation, residential real estate, civil litigation, and administrative law, with appearances before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Defence Counsel Association of Ottawa, where he serves as secretary, and the Carleton County Law Association. Paolo has taught law at Carleton University since 2009 and regularly speaks at legal conferences and seminars.
