About Pamela

Pamela Connolly has a broad employment law practice at Nixon Wenger LLP, advising employers and employees across private companies, municipalities, non-profits, First Nations, and professional sectors in both provincially and federally regulated workplaces. She drafts employment agreements and policies, advises on medical leaves, statutory entitlements, and workplace accommodations, handles difficult terminations, and conducts workplace investigations. Connolly earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in civil engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2002 and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 2006, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and the British Columbia Bar in 2017, and became a Chartered Professional in Human Resources in 2023. She sits on the Human Resource Committee of the Community Foundation North Okanagan.
