About Pamela
Pamela Bakshi is a family law lawyer, certified mediator and accredited collaborative family lawyer at Baker Newby LLP. She graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science, then continued her education in England, earning both her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws, and was called to the bar in 2018 after returning to the Lower Mainland. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Fraser Valley Family Law, Women Lawyers Forum, and Young Lawyers sections, as well as the Abbotsford District Bar Association and the Collaborative Association of the Lower Mainland. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through the post-separation process, both in and out of court, with particular attention to protecting children during difficult separations. She is fluent in Punjabi.
