About Olivia
Olivia Veldkamp practises business law at EKB, working on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, financings, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance for domestic and multinational clients. She earned her JD from the University of British Columbia and her Honours BA from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and the British Columbia bar in 2023, joining EKB as an associate that year after working as a corporate solicitor in downtown Toronto.
