About Clara
Clara Tsang's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions and commercial lending. She provides real estate services to her Vancouver based investment clients, assisting with land acquisitions, financing, development, and disposition of retail, office, shopping centre, and mixed use properties, including land assemblies, subdivisions, and municipal matters such as covenants and easements. She also assists clients with structuring ownership for real estate investments, including shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, and limited partnerships. Clara earned her LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and a BSc (Pharm) from UBC in 1988, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1992.
