About Olivia

Olivia Brown is an associate lawyer at Tupman & Bloom LLP, which she first joined as a summer student in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from Queen's University, where she edited the Queen's Law Journal and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. As a student caseworker for the Queen's Family Law Clinic, she helped self-represented litigants with parenting time, decision-making responsibility, and child support motions, an experience that shaped how she now approaches estate litigation. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of clients. Olivia also spent part of law school on exchange in Lyon, France. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, and the Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners Group.
