About Arieh

Arieh Bloom is a Partner at Tupman & Bloom LLP, where his entire practice is devoted to disputes over wills, estates, trusts, and mental capacity. He acts for beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and people named as attorneys under a power of attorney. Arieh frequently argues cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, taking on estate and trust files that can involve family-run businesses, estate freezes, or disputes over guardianship and powers of attorney arising under the Substitute Decisions Act.
