About Olga
Olga Lenova is an associate in Osler's Financial Services Group in Toronto, with a practice centred on corporate finance and cross-border lending. She acts for Canadian and international banks, non-bank lenders, and alternative credit providers, as well as corporate borrowers, on senior and subordinated debt, asset-based facilities, and other financing arrangements. Olga also counsels financial institutions and FinTech companies on regulatory compliance, including lending and insurance licensing requirements and consumer protection rules at the federal and provincial level. Before joining Osler, she practised in the banking and financial services group of a large international firm. Olga holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto.
