About Noémie

Noémie Leblanc completed her legal internship at Henriquez Avocats before joining the firm as an attorney in 2026. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from Université Laval and a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke, and took part in exchange programs in Mexico and Belgium. She has volunteered with Lawyers Without Borders, the Red Cross in Brussels, and Quebec's Support Network for Migrant Agricultural Workers. Through her work with refugees, migrant workers and families in transition, she has developed an understanding of migratory journeys that informs her approach to clients. Her practice covers family law matters such as divorce and child custody or support requests, and immigration law matters including asylum claims, appeals, sponsorship, humanitarian and visa applications, and work and study permits.
