About Manuel

Manuel Videira founded Videira Richard Avocats in 1991. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, he was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in December 1986 and also studied private international law in Europe, at the Sorbonne and at the Hague Academy of International Law. He practises civil, commercial and business law, bankruptcy and insolvency, and real estate and condominium law. He appears regularly before the courts and has led numerous negotiations and business acquisition and merger transactions. He has also handled estate and wills matters and has developed expertise in trusts. Videira also acts as a mediator in civil and commercial matters.
