About Noel
Noel Platte joined Emond Harnden as an associate in 2021 after articling with the firm. He practises in all areas of labour and employment law, providing timely advice to provincially and federally regulated employers on labour arbitration, civil litigation, collective bargaining, and drafting contracts and workplace policies. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa's English Common Law Program with an Option in Public Law, after completing an Honours Specialization in Political Science at Huron University, graduating with distinction and earning a spot on the Dean's Honour List throughout his studies. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
