About Fareeha

Fareeha Aziz is a Barrister and Solicitor and member of the Law Society of Ontario with over fifteen years of experience in immigration law and real estate and commercial law. She specializes in refugee hearings and appeals, judicial review, and stay of removal matters at the Federal Court, as well as family sponsorships, economic immigration, and LMIA applications. She holds a master's in law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and is a qualified mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada.
