About Michael

Michael Macnamara is a partner and barrister and solicitor with Desmarais, Keenan LLP whose practice centres on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on estate, real estate and construction law. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in law from Carleton University in 2007 and their Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales in 2012, and Michael was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2014. Michael chairs the Board of Directors of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the NeoKids Foundation, and Michael has coached the Hennessy Cup Mock Trial since 2014.
