About Douglas

Douglas Bamberger is an associate lawyer with Desmarais, Keenan LLP, practising in insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate and commercial law, corporate reorganizations, real estate law, and estate planning and administration, including drafting wills and inter-vivos trusts for clients with substantial assets. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in 1973 and their LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1977. Douglas belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Insolvency Foundation, and has been active in the Sudbury community as an advisor to several local organizations, including the Sudbury Craft and Arts Foundation and the Constable Joseph McDonald Scholarship Foundation.
