Evan Edwards is called to the Bar in both Manitoba and Ontario, with a practice focused on labour and employment law and civil litigation, including class actions, construction, and professional regulation and liability matters. He began his career at Duboff Edwards Schachter Law Corporation, later practised in the Advocacy Department of a national law firm in Ottawa, and returned to the firm in 2021. Evan has appeared before the Manitoba Small Claims Court, Manitoba Provincial Court, Manitoba Court of King's Bench, Manitoba Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2024, he and colleagues Kaisha Thompson and Jonathan Paterson received the Manitoba Bar Association Pro Bono Public Interest Award.
