Adam Pollock maintains a broad advocacy practice covering labour and employment law, litigation, and administrative law, regularly appearing before the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, and in private arbitrations. His labour and employment work spans both management- and union- or employee-side matters, including arbitrations, restrictive covenants, wrongful dismissals, and human rights claims. He also maintains a professional discipline practice, having represented professionals in accounting, dentistry, pharmacy, and speech pathology, and acts as counsel for First Nations in Manitoba on Indigenous law matters. Adam volunteers as an instructor for the Canadian Bar Association's Law Day in high schools and has participated as a panelist for the Manitoba Bar Association.
