About Nicole
Nicole Nowoselski gives practical guidance to private and public sector employers across a range of labour and employment issues, including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, wrongful dismissals, and human rights matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, where she worked as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services assisting low-income individuals with employment and family issues and representing students at academic appeal hearings. She also competed in and helped organize a major mooting competition and served as an editor for the Journal of Law & Equality. Before joining Rae Christen Jeffries, Nicole articled and practiced at a management-side labour and employment firm in Toronto. She was called to the bar in 2023.
