About Nicole
Nicole Fung is an associate lawyer at Tupman & Bloom LLP, which she joined in 2025. She began her career at the Ontario Securities Commission, first assisting with fraud, insider trading, and market manipulation investigations in the Enforcement Division and later reviewing public securities offerings in the Corporate Finance Division. Before joining Tupman & Bloom, she practiced at a general firm focused on estate planning and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University's Smith School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, and she completed an exchange at ESSEC Business School in Paris. During law school she volunteered drafting wills and powers of attorney for low-income Toronto families. She is fluent in Cantonese.
