About Nickolas
Nickolas Vlitas is a partner in the corporate and commercial department at Brattys LLP. He articled with the firm after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School and stayed on following his call to the Ontario bar. His practice covers general corporate and commercial work, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations, along with tax-driven transactions and the drafting of shareholder, partnership, and other commercial agreements. He has particular experience with co-ownership structures, especially joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2003, holds an LLM in business law and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, and earned a Specialized Honours BA in political science from York University.
