About Nicholas
Nicholas Sampson is an associate at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers, concentrating on medical malpractice litigation. He has tried cases at multiple levels of Ontario's court system, from the Superior Court of Justice up through the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, and he secured a win in Hasan v Trillium Health, a 2022 case involving a plaintiff with a severe brain injury. He also worked on the trial team for KB v Guhle, a significant medical malpractice case decided in Alberta in 2025, and has discussed cases such as Florence v Benzaquen publicly alongside Dr. Erin Neilson.
