Real Estate LawNicholas Russon is the managing partner of Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office. He has worked with government agencies, construction firms, owner-managed businesses and startup ventures, advising on matters tailored to each client's needs and timeline. His experience includes representing provincial governments on P3 infrastructure projects for schools, hospitals and communications infrastructure, acting as counsel to startup companies from incorporation through investment and exit, and advising on business sales, acquisitions and financing. Russon also handles trademark prosecution and licensing. He earned his LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 2007 and both a B.Sc. and a BA, also from the University of New Brunswick, in 2003, and completed Osgoode certificates in intellectual property licensing (2018) and pension law (2022). Russon was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2008.
