About Erika

Erika Hachey is a co-founder of Moss Hachey Law with a practice covering personal injury, insurance claims, long-term disability benefits, wills and estates, and civil litigation. She has appeared before the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench, the New Brunswick Provincial Court, and the New Brunswick Small Claims Court. Raised in Nova Scotia with deep family roots in New Brunswick, she returned to New Brunswick in 2009 and considers it her home province. She is a former vice-chairperson of the New Brunswick Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, a committee member of the Law Society of New Brunswick Libraries Committee, and a board member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the New Brunswick Insurance Professionals Association. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the York Sunbury Law Society.
