About Nicholas
Nicholas McGivern advises clients on public and private company transactions, including public offerings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises on securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, and stock exchange matters. Before joining the firm, he articled and practiced securities law in the Vancouver office of a national Canadian law firm. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2024, holds a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Victoria.
