About Nicholas
Nicholas Goldhawk was called to the Ontario bar in 2017 and focuses solely on employment law. He joined Share Lawyers in 2021, where he represents employees in disputes with employers, including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights, and employment standards matters. He is drawn to workers' rights issues and has written about employment law topics for national newspapers, trade publications, and legal digests. He graduated from Carleton University with an honours degree in journalism in 2011, worked as a journalist for two years, and then completed his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016.
