About Tim

Tim Gleason is a litigation lawyer at Dewart Gleason LLP whose practice spans civil, administrative, constitutional, and labour matters, including the defence of lawyers in professional liability and regulatory proceedings. He is a senior member of the labour bar, representing trade unions in bargaining and litigation, and is a former adjunct professor of labour law at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He is a past chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour Relations and Employment Section.
