About Nicholas
Nicholas Bartolacci is an associate in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office, practising corporate and commercial law, insurance law, and general litigation. He advises clients on contract, business, shareholder, construction, and property disputes, and maintains an insurance defence practice covering professional negligence, property damage, personal injury, and subrogation matters. His clients include municipalities, insurance companies, property owners, contractors, and financial institutions. Nick earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a BA from Saint Mary's University, where he captained the varsity football team and was a multiple-time Academic All-Canadian. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2022.
