Employment & Labour LawMichael Krygier-Baum practises civil litigation at Papazian Heisey Myers, with matters spanning commercial litigation, municipal liability and planning, insurance defence, professional liability, labour and employment law, franchise disputes, construction, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and mortgage remedies and collections. He has appeared before various tribunals and all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He completed his JD at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law in 2012, where he attained honours standing in second year, having earned an Honours BSc in Biology from the same university in 2008 with distinction. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. During law school he volunteered at Downtown Legal Services and chaired the U of T Law Peer Mentorship Program, and he has since authored legal articles and spoken at the Law Society of Upper Canada.
