Nelson is a member of SV Law's Civil Litigation group, working out of the Guelph office, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and various tribunals. His practice spans commercial disputes involving shareholders, contracts, and leases; real estate litigation for buyers, sellers, and lenders in failed transactions and power of sale proceedings; construction lien and deficiency claims; franchise disclosure and rescission matters; and appeals from tribunal, arbitration, and trial decisions. He earned an honours undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto before completing his law degree at Queen's University, and was called to the bar in 2019. Since 2022 he has served on the board of the Legal Clinic of Guelph and Wellington County. Nelson is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
