About Adam
Adam Wagman is a Partner and former managing partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry, devoting his practice to personal injury litigation, accident benefits claims, and other disability and insurance disputes, with a focus on serious and catastrophic injuries including brain and spinal cord damage. He was named Best Lawyers' Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Toronto for 2022, served as President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association from 2016 to 2017, and later received its Distinguished Service Award. The Law Society of Ontario recognizes him as a Specialist in Civil Litigation, and since 2018 he has chaired the LSO's annual Motor Vehicle Summit. An avid cyclist and runner, he has a particular interest in pedestrian, bicycle and motorcycle accident cases.
