About Neil
Neil Viola is a partner whose practice centres on wills, estate planning and administration, and real estate law. He grew up in Niagara-on-the-Lake and maintains deep ties to the town where he was raised. Neil graduated from the University of Toronto in 1995 with an Honours BA in Political Science, earning the Edith A. Greene and Gordon Bradshaw scholarships, and completed his legal studies at the University of Western Ontario in 1998, where he won the Carswell Company Limited Prize. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. Neil has served the Niagara-on-the-Lake community through roles such as co-chairing the Canadian Cancer Society's local fundraising tournament and supporting the town's minor lacrosse association.
