About Benjamin

Benjamin Rocca joined Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP as an associate in June 2026, following his call to the bar, and is originally from the Niagara region. His practice spans general litigation, family law, and immigration matters. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and an LLB from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, where he volunteered with the Migration Law Clinic and the charity Voices in Exile providing free immigration advice, earning the Clinical Legal Education's Highly Commended Award for that work. After returning to Canada, he completed his NCA exams and articled at an immigration and refugee law firm in downtown Toronto before joining Martin Sheppard Fraser.
