About Denise
Denise M. Elliott is a partner whose practice centres on estate planning and administration, trusts, and corporate law, including incorporations, corporate maintenance, succession planning, reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 as one of the program's inaugural Tax Law Program graduates, a specialization noted on her degree, and received the Stikeman Elliott Carswell National Tax Award. Elliott completed a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Politics at Brock University in 1992. She speaks regularly on estate and tax planning topics and is a member of the Niagara Estate Planning Council. A lifelong Niagara Region resident, she was born in St. Catharines and now lives in Grimsby.
