Nav Parhar is the Managing Partner at Infinity Law and grew up in Nanaimo, BC. He completed law school at Dalhousie University in Halifax before returning home to begin practicing law. His practice has grown from a focus on commercial and estate litigation into a combination of litigation and personal and corporate planning, with niche work in professional regulatory matters and disputes among business partners. He has appeared in a number of reported decisions before the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
