About Lynsey
Lynsey Gaudin is a partner at MLT Aikins LLP in Vancouver, practising labour and employment law on behalf of public and private sector employers. Her work includes collective agreement interpretation and collective bargaining, and workplace matters such as policies, discipline, discharge, accommodation, and human rights issues. She also practises professional regulation and administrative law, serving as independent counsel to professional discipline committees. Gaudin was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2012 and the British Columbia bar in 2017. She holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2011) and a BA with advanced honours from the University of Manitoba (2007).
