About Nathaniel

Nathaniel Andersen is a corporate lawyer who helps clients handle transactions across a wide range of industries. He has managed deals including seven-figure asset purchases and has significant experience in corporate governance, having served as a board secretary and counseled boards of directors on documentation and recordkeeping practices for corporate actions. Nathaniel came to Cozen O'Connor together with colleagues from Moss & Barnett in 2026, and before that he practiced at a firm in Wisconsin, advising a large group of clients on transactional matters. That work gave him a strong sense of how to pinpoint client needs and use points of leverage to reach favorable deal outcomes. He holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
