About Nathan
Nathan Van Kampen carries on a solicitor's practice focused on business law, corporate structure and finance, and commercial transactions, including corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchases and sales, commercial agreements, financing, and corporate records. He can also assist with all forms of real estate transactions, including property development matters from bare lots to multi-family projects, as well as estate and incapacity planning documents. Born and raised on a ranch in Monte Creek, he attended Thompson Rivers University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Victoria for law school, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2015. He returned to Kamloops after graduation, articled at a local firm, and began practicing as an associate in May 2016 after being called to the bar. He joined MJB Lawyers as an associate in March 2023 and became a partner in January 2025.
