About Steve
Steve DuMont graduated from UVic Law in 1987 and moved to Kamloops to join Gillespie & Company, where he worked closely with founder Dave Gillespie. He has become one of Kamloops' most respected land development lawyers, helping clients bring hundreds of development projects to life, with a practice covering business and corporate law, construction and builders liens, real estate development, real estate purchases, sales and mortgages, and wills and estates. Steve has volunteered in the Kamloops area for thirty years, including director roles with the Boys and Girls Club, support for the Kamloops Food Bank, and work with the local chapter of the Canadian Home Builders Association on its annual training house project.
