About Natasha
Natasha Savoline is a partner at Bernardi Human Resource Law whose practice centres on workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, violence, and conduct violations. She also works with organizations to rebuild relationships after an investigation concludes. Natasha was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Labour Studies from McMaster University along with an LL.B. from Queen's University. She has co-authored several reference texts, including guides to the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, as well as a McGraw-Hill human resources textbook. Natasha facilitates the HRPA's certificate program in workplace investigations and speaks regularly to the Ontario Municipal Human Resource Association. Her commentary has appeared in The Lawyer's Daily.
