About Mihail
Mihail Salariu is an associate at Rogers Partners LLP who articled and practised at a Toronto civil litigation firm before joining, gaining exposure to both the plaintiff and defence sides of tort claims as well as statutory accident benefits disputes before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He came to law after an unconventional path, having studied dance and later graduating with a degree in politics and governance and a minor in law from Toronto Metropolitan University, where he was also active in student governance and won an Ontario University Athletics bronze medal in rowing. He later worked on early implementation of Ontario's accessibility legislation for elections and ran a personal training business. Mihail holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023, practising in areas including automobile injury claims, occupiers' liability, product liability, and statutory accident benefits.
