About Nancy
Nancy Smith is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1991. She worked in the private sector for nine years before joining the legal department of the City of Hamilton in 2000, continuing her specialty in municipal, planning, and development law. She joined TMA Law in 2008 and is an adjunct professor at the University of Waterloo's School of Planning.
